The Good Growth Hub are running a 12-month paid traineeship where young East Londoners are matched with committed local business to experience an entry-level role and produce a creative project.

Through STEP, participants will join a London Living Wage placement and training programme to develop a range of skills and creative approaches. Aimed at getting your foot firmly in the creative industries and growing as part of a like-minded peer network, the programme will connect participants with a specialist industry mentor, provide careers coaching and continue to offer support as part of their creative community after the programme.

Companies offering placements this year include the BBC, V&A, Sadler’s Wells, the London College of Fashion, UCL, Immediate Theatre, Bullion Productions, Raw LDN and more.
